Redwood Oaks was a rehabilitation of 36-unit apartment complex that house low-income families and individuals. The scope of work included interior work (new kitchen, baths, flooring, paint, appliances, bath fans, electrical upgrade) and exterior work (roofs, windows, seismic strengthening, paint, landscape and parking lot improvements) and a new community room building.

Westbrook Apartments is a multi-family wood-frame public housing project that consists of 226 units of low-income housing. The 60-year-old development has degraded over time and was in need of upgrades. Located in the Bay View Hunters Point neighborhood, the nearly 20-acre site includes 37 one-and two-story housing buildings, as well as two additional structures.
