Project Summary

This multi-family wood-frame public housing project, located in the Western Addition neighborhood of San Francisco, consists of 136 units of low-income housing. The nearly 2.6 acre site covers an entire city block. There are 6 three-story buildings and one accessory structure.

The renovated Westside Courts features a mixture of housing types and income levels, including public housing units, affordable rental units, a dedicated senior-housing building, and homeownership opportunities.
