	Hunters Point Shipyard Blocks 52 & 54 Block 52 – 351 Friedell St, San Francisco | Block 54 – 151 Friedell St, San Francisco A new 100% affordable housing development with a total of 112 units. The buildings will offer low-income families and individuals with various unit types ranging from one- to five-bedrooms. Contact: James Girk, Nibbi Superintendent
	Hunters Point Shipyard Block 56 11 Innes Court, San Francisco This development will provide approximately 73 units of affordable family housing, with a range of studio to five-bedroom units. Additional amenities include resident services spaces and 45 tenant parking spaces. Contact: Grace Serrano, Nibbi Project Manager
