Project Summary

Construction on the Pacific Vision Foundation provided tenant improvements to 2 floors, as well as building-wide infrastructure upgrades of the existing 5-story office building on Van Ness Avenue. New facilities include a state-of-the-art surgery center, clinic space, physician offices, conference areas and commercial space. Nibbi’s scope of work included elevator upgrades, renovation of bathrooms, mechanical penthouse, MEP Utility systems replacement, upgraded building systems and other building-wide improvements.
