Project Summary

Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, this 4600 SF tenant improvement features a sales experience room and sales gallery, offices, new bathroom and kitchenette with high end finishes, hard wood flooring, wallcoverings, jewel box paneling, and a hard lid ceiling with trimless lights. The project entailed converting existing hotel service areas into hotel office space. The work included new partitions, new lighting and acoustical ceiling, new millwork, new doors frames and hardware, refurbishing HVAC equipment including new distribution, flooring, paint and associated finishes.
