Nibbi joint ventured with Hathaway Dinwiddie to complete Building B of the Mission Rock Development in San Francisco.

Building B is an 8-story, 300,000 sq. ft. life science building across from Oracle Park. The mixed-use project includes 258,994 sq. ft. of office space, 13,773 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail, multi-level roof terraces, an intricate and creative façade with expansive view windows, and contains the Black Water Treatment plant serving the entire Mission Rock Development.

Building B is part of the Mission Rock Development for Tishman Speyer and the San Francisco Giants. This development is San Francisco’s latest mixed-use waterfront neighborhood.  It has shown to be a unique, vibrant, and inclusive community that combines an eclectic array of shops, cafes, festivals, innovative workplaces, affordable and market-rate homes, and social amenities. The community is transit-oriented neighborhood situated directly across Mission Creek Channel, adjacent to Oracle Park, and near Interstate 280.
