Project Summary

The Maudelle Miller Shirek Community Housing development will provide 87 affordable housing apartments for large families and households with special needs, in an amenity- and transit-rich location.

The development will be a 6-story building with ground-floor commercial space, residential community room, laundry room, property manager’s office, resident services office, and outdoor courtyard. The overall design is a U-shape building bounding an interior courtyard facing east. The community room, facing the courtyard, will provide ample space for activities. Up to 45 parking spaces will be provided primarily in puzzle stackers.
