Project Summary

The Dr. George W. Davis Senior Housing and Senior Center consists of 121 one- and two-bedroom affordable senior rental units in the rapidly developing Third Street corridor of the Bayview District. The 64,369 sq. ft. development consists of four buildings that are three to four stories over podium with common areas and property management offices, as well as sitting, dining, and exercise rooms. The project also includes a 13,500 sq. ft., at-grade senior center with support services, two conference rooms, a kitchen, lounges, and staff offices. This project is certified LEED Platinum.
