Named Vice President in 1995 and President in 2003, Bob Nibbi has grown the firm from a medium-sized operation to one of the largest builders in the Bay Area. As President, Bob supervises and manages company operations, and is actively involved in each phase of the firm’s projects—from estimating through completion.
Understanding that the success of a project is largely determined in the planning stages, Bob is closely involved in every aspect of Nibbi’s preconstruction process, regularly attending design meetings and working with the estimating department on budgets and value engineering.
