The West Wing at Recology’s San Francisco’s site is a 14,500 SF building that Nibbi constructed to the west of the compost, recycling, and landfill collection company’s existing transfer station. The buildings are joined along the western wall of the transfer station. The West Wing serves as a tipping and load out area for the organic material collected from the city of San Francisco.
