Hunters Point Shipyard Block 56

The Project will provide approximately 73 units of affordable residential rental housing for families, with a range of studio to five-bedroom units. Additional amenities include resident services spaces and 45 tenant parking spaces. The buildings are expected to be four floors of Type V wood-framed construction over one floor of a Type I concrete podium.
