With 4 stories above a podium along the west side of the block and 4 stories on grade on the east side, the building is massed into discrete volumes to provide a varied and lively street-wall edge, with a larger, urban streetwall treatment along the Mission Bay Blvd. North frontage. The project received a high GreenPoint rating through energy efficiency, domestic solar hot water panels, drought-tolerant landscaping, and other strategies.
