Project Summary

The Edwin M. Lee Apartments (formerly known as Mission Bay Block 3 East) is a 4-story, a 119-unit affordable housing development for 56 low-income families and 62 veterans spanning 126,000 sq. ft. across three buildings. The development is a wood-framed Type V construction over a concrete podium. Amenity spaces include: community room, multipurpose room, computer room, administrative and social services offices, community dining and communal cooking facility, and 19 parking spaces and 101 Class 1 bike spots.
