Project Summary

Caritas Village is located in downtown Santa Rosa and was built to the urgent housing needs of the community due to the 2017 Tubbs Wildfire.

Phase One of Caritas Village consists of the construction of 64 units (50% supportive housing and 50% very low-income housing) within a 3-4 story wood-frame structure over a podium. Another amenity of the building is a community building that sits atop the second-floor podium deck.
