Project Summary

626 Mission Bay Blvd is a multi-building affordable housing development for households earning 50% or less than the area median income. It is comprised of one six-story Type III over I building with 135 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, and two two-story, Type V over I buildings containing 9 town-homes each.

The development contains 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space, a 41-space above-ground parking structure, and associated amenity spaces. The design features a publicly accessible pedestrian pathway on the Western side of the site.
