Project Summary

4200 Geary will be a new 7-story building. The building’s gross square footage will be approximately 85,268 square feet, with 99 affordable units. Twenty units will be dedicated to formerly homeless seniors and thirty will be dedicated to extremely low-income seniors. The remaining units will serve low-income seniors between 70% and 75% MOHCD AMI.

The building will feature amenities including full sized kitchens and bathrooms, laundry room, on-site property management, on-site social services, community room with warming kitchen, all electric appliances, gardens, bike storage, and more.
