Project Summary

400 China Basin is located in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. The 148-unit building will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units with a roof deck and unobstructed views of the Bay on the waterfront. This development is currently under construction and will be a 100% below-market-rate (BMR) residential building. Nibbi is joint venturing with our partner BGI as the BGI / Nibbi Joint Venture on this new development.
