Vera Haile Senior Housing and Lion Creek Crossing Receive Real Estate Deals of the Year Recognition

The Vera Haile Senior Housing project on 121 Golden Gate  in San Francisco has received the SF Business Times, Real Estate Deals of the Year: Affordable Residential, San Francisco award.  This recently completed Mercy Housing California project includes a 10-story, residential concrete high-rise with 90 units for low-income seniors. The building also provides food preparation and storage, a commercial kitchen and dining hall for the St. Anthony Foundation.

Lion Creek Crossing in Oakland was named a finalist to the SF Business Times, Real Estate Deals of the Year: Community Impact award. Nibbi completed the fourth and fifth phases of the project that includes a total of 440 new, high quality affordable family apartments and 28 homeownership units for Related California and EBALDC.
