Norm Hayes

Director of Operations

Norm joined Nibbi in 2014 and has over 17 years of experience in the Construction Industry. As the Director of Operations, Norm works hand in hand with all other departments, such as Preconstruction, Safety, Quality Control, and Community Engagement & Workforce Development, to ensure that all of our standards are met or exceeded. He has completed various projects from commercial, airport, seismic retrofits, education, public works, tenant rehabilitation (RAD), bridge repair, water improvement systems (SFPUC), affordable multi-family housing, and market rates projects, all while maintaining clients’ budgets and schedules
