Project Summary

Located at the intersection of Taylor Street and O’Farrell Street, 420 Taylor is a four-story concrete structure built in the 1940s. The building features a fourth-floor roof terrace and a central light that reaches down to the second floor. Nibbi’s project scope consisted of remodeling the existing basement and ground floors, the addition of a mezzanine, and a “Stadium Stair” which connects the basement, ground floor, mezzanine, and second-floor levels.
