Project Summary

Azure at Mission Bay is a 16-story tower on the west and a five-story podium on the eastern two-thirds of this site provide 66,965 sq. ft. of market-rate housing in the Mission Bay District. The Type I and III complex houses 162 one-bedroom units, 111 two-bedroom units, 215 parking spaces, a fitness center, and a community room.  The project achieved GreenPoint certification.
