Project Summary

Phase V of Lion Creek Crossings, which replaced the 1964 OHA development called Coliseum Gardens, consists of building 128 Type V senior housing units in a four-story building over a one-level concrete podium. Lion Creek Crossings includes a community room, laundry, fitness space, computer room, lounge, roof deck, and bicycle storage. A surface parking lot with 32 spaces is located off the single driveway.
