Project Summary

Hunters View Redevelopment was the first of eight housing projects being rebuilt and renovated in San Francisco as part of the HOPE SF initiative. The revitalization of the 22.7-acre site in the Hunters View Redevelopment area included the demolition of 19 existing buildings. The replacement wood-frame buildings include single-family homes, townhomes, stacked flats, and townhomes.

A joint-venture with Cahill Contractors, phase II included infrastructure and vertical construction of Blocks 7, 10, and 11 (179 units/ 148,709 sq. ft) offering affordable and market-rate housing, as well as Ironwood Park (a public space).
