Coliseum Place Housing

Coliseum Place is a large family and special needs development that provides 59 apartment homes directly adjacent to the Coliseum BART Station. This transit-rich neighborhood is ideal for the development’s target population: low-income families with children and formerly homeless households, earning between 20% and 50% of the Area Median Income. 37 apartments have Project-Based Section 8 rental assistance from the Oakland Housing Authority, of which 25 are available through this leasing process; for these apartments, tenants pay 30% of their income towards rent.

This Type V over I, 78,034 sq. ft. development provides a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The building also includes a garage and community room.
