Project Summary

Foon Lok West is a 6-story building with 130 units of affordable family rental housing. The building includes structured parking, office, community space, laundry rooms and other support spaces. It also includes the construction of landscape, bike parking and other site improvements.

Foon Lok West is part of the Brooklyn Basin master-planned community along Oakland’s waterfront that will provide over 3,100 new homes, retail, parks, and open spaces and will transform a formerly-industrial site on the Oakland Estuary into a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood.
