Project Summary

Located near the historic setting of Castro Street in downtown Mountain View, 899 West Evelyn is a four-story, steel-frame building with 80,000 SF of Class A office and retail space. Utilizing cutting-edge sustainable strategies and systems, the project is LEED® Platinum certified, making the building the first of its kind in Mountain View. Notable sustainable building elements consist of a green roof, water-efficient landscaping, high-performance glazing, low VOC materials, bike storage, and nearby access to Cal Train.
