Located in the South of Market neighborhood, 474 Natoma Street Apartments consists of a nine-story concrete building and a four-story concrete building that sit on a shared concrete podium on a T-shaped lot. With 11,875 sq. ft. of space, the complex houses 57 new affordable family rental units. The majority of the units are one-,two- and three-bedroom flats, with three two-bedroom townhomes on the ground floor.

Amenities include a rooftop deck, laundry facilities, community room, parking garage, and central landscaped court.

The building design incorporates sustainable building strategies to achieve the equivalent of GreenPoint Rated certification.
