Project Summary
3575 Mendocino Ave. is a Senior Housing Development in Santa Rosa. This new development transforms 2.5 acres of land affected by wildfires into 162 one- and two-bedroom housing units. These units will be spread between three independent, 4-story buildings connected through exterior courtyard space totaling a gross area of 36,500 sq. ft. The project will be constructed as a type V-A construction with ground-level amenities, 102 vehicle stalls with 12 EV spaces, and 80 bike parking stalls.
Phases I and II (total 132 units) received Temporary Certificates of Occupancy in 2023. Phase III is set to begin construction in late 2024 and will be comprised of the final 30 units of the new Senior Housing Development.
