290 Malosi (formerly known as Sunnydale Block 6B and Block 6A) of the Sunnydale development adds 169 two and three-bedroom apartments, property management offices, common areas, off-street parking for vehicles and bicycles, and associated infrastructure.
290 Malosi is part of the Sunnydale HOPE SF development, a master-planned project that will transform the existing Sunnydale and Velasco public housing sites into a new mixed-income development with 1,700 units of new affordable and market-rate housing, 6.5 acres of new parks and open space, and up to 72,000 sq. ft. of community space.
