New construction consisting of 165,830 square-feet of affordable housing, Block 52 will have 67 units and Block 54 will have 45 units, totaling 112 units. The buildings will be Type VA over Type IA offering low-income families and individuals with a variety of unit types ranging from 1 to 5-bedrooms.
