The Vera Haile Senior Housing project on 121 Golden Gate  in San Francisco has received the SF Business Times, Real Estate Deals of the Year: Affordable Residential, San Francisco award.  This recently completed Mercy Housing California project includes a 10-story, residential concrete high-rise with 90 units for low-income seniors. The building also provides food preparation and storage, a commercial kitchen and dining hall for the St. Anthony Foundation.

Yesterday, Nibbi enjoyed the afternoon at the grand opening of The Yard at Mission Rock. The pop up village, built from shipping containers, is located in the Giants Parking Lot and is home to Anchor Brewing, Peet’s Coffee, SFMade, The North Face, Off the Grid, the Whole Beast and a Sunday Farmers Market.
