Project Summary

The 1601 Mariposa project includes the construction of 291 residential market-rate units (7 three-bedroom, 109 two-bedroom, 96 one-bedroom and 79 studios) with the option for an 80/20 affordable component. The project includes parking, amenity space, retail core and shell, and open space.

The project consists of two buildings that each contain four floors of Type V, woodframe construction over a concrete podium. Parking will be underground with 226 spaces. The almost three-acre lot will house 365,734 sq. ft. of space, of which 222,382 sq. ft. are residential.
