Nibbi Brothers successfully completed the Glide - 149 Mason Street Housing Project in San Francisco's Tenderloin Neighborhood for the Glide Foundation and TNDC. The project is an 8-story, concrete building consisting of 56 units of single resident occupancy (SRO) housing for individuals transitioning out of homelessness. There is a community room, common laundry, support services and administrative offices with ground floor commercial/retail space. Glide - 149 Mason Street is a recipient of a Green Communities Grant from the City & County of San Francisco.
