Nibbi, now a recognized CAL/OSHA VPP Construction company, is considered a safety and health leader within the construction industry. Nibbi's worksites are expected to have a significantly lower risk for serious accidents than other employer's worksites within the same industry.

As a recognized CAL/OSHA VPP Construction recipient, Nibbi was able to demonstrate active management commitment and employee involvement in their safety and health management system.  They also demonstrated that they are able to maintain their safety and health management systems at all worksites in California proving all of their systems are effective in reducing accidents at these sites.
