Two Nibbi projects receive Real Estate Deals of the Year Award from the San Francisco Business Times

Two Nibbi projects were honored at the SF Business Times' Real Estate Deal of the Year awards on March 22 at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco.

Plaza Apartments was given the first Green Building/Green Space award.  The 9-story SRO on Howard Street at 6th was completed in December 2005.  The San Francisco Redevelopment project was designed by Leddy Maytum Stacy and Paulett Taggart Architects in Association.  The SFRA submitted an application to the USGBC for LEED-Silver certification and is waiting for a final decision.

Valencia Gardens was awarded Best Community Impact for San Francisco.  The redevelopment of the 60 year old public housing has revitalized Valencia Street between 14th and 15th.  Nibbi began work on the project in November of 2003 and completed construction in August 2006.
