Nibbi awarded project for Channing House in Palo Alto

Nibbi Brothers was recently awarded this project for Channing House, a retirement community in Palo Alto.  Our scope of work will include adaptive reuse of a skilled nursing facility, turning the existing building into additional housing. Also included is new construction of a 3-story building with assisted living & skilled nursing units and an underground parking garage. HKIT is the architect and work is expected to start on this $20 M project in the 2nd quarter of 2009.
