Nibbi Breaks Ground at 555 Mission Rock Street

A ground-breaking ceremony was held at the site of 555 Mission Rock in Mission Bay on Tuesday, April 17th.  The development is an 8-story, 193 unit market rate rental with ground floor commercial space, a fitness center and parking.  It's located south of Mission Creek at 4th Street and Mission Rock. 

SB Architects is the architect for the project, with OLMM as the structural engineers.  The building will be eight stories of concrete. Foundation work begins in April 2007.  The project is scheduled for completion in 2009.
