Nibbi Brothers has started construction on a new housing development in Mission Bay. Located on 5th and Berry Streets in San Francisco, the project will have 193 units of market-rate rental apartments with 193 parking spaces. The five-story buildings will have two levels of concrete with two and three stories of wood-frame housing above.
The development will include common areas and a fitness center. Site work and grading for the project began in July 2005 and construction began in October 2005.
