Nibbi Brothers negotiated this project with TODCO and provided considerable value engineering and constructibility input during pre-construction. This project is an addition to the existing Woolf House I and Woolf House II buildings. Woolf House III ties into the existing buildings at each floor level. The seven-story concrete building has a four foot thick mat foundation on top of precast concrete piles. The new structure is 33,000 S.F. in size and adds thirty units of senior housing.

The project was built on a very tight site requiring careful traffic and pedestrian control. Nibbi Brothers' interaction with the existing occupants of Woolf House I & II was a key factor throughout the construction of this project. Neighborhood hiring goals and MBE/WBE subcontractor goals set by the Human Rights Commission were met on this project.
