This project represents
the first housing development to be built in Mission Bay.
Nibbi Brothers was selected by the developer on a negotiated basis to
perform the construction of 100 units of affordable family housing. The
project also includes a 3,000 sq. ft. child care center, an educational
center, 10,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and a 85-car parking garage.
The building is four stories of wood frame construction over a one-story
concrete podium.
With our extensive experience in conforming to equal opportunity
guidelines set by the SF Redevelopment Agency, we exceeded the minority
subcontractor participation goals. |
