Nibbi Brothers was selected by the developer, McCormack Baron & Associates, in conjunction with the San Francisco Housing Authority to perform the construction of 193 units of family housing on a negotiated basis. The units are three stories of wood frame construction on concrete foundations. The unit mix includes both Victorian-style townhouses and flats. The complex also includes a 6,700 s.f. community center, a computer learning facility, and daycare facility. Plaza East marks the fourth Hope VI site Nibbi has constructed for the S.F. Housing Authority. Nibbi is currently meeting all Section 3/Local hiring and MBE/WBE subcontractor hiring goals. |
