Nibbi Brothers, in a joint venture with Cahill Contractors, negotiated this contract to build 341 affordable family and senior apartments. The senior building has 48 units and was a joint venture with Baines & Robertson.

The new town homes are 3 stories of wood frame over a concrete podium. The mixed-use project includes below-grade parking, 20,000 SF of commercial/retail space, including 3,000 SF of incubator space for resident entrepreneurs and a childcare/community center.

This project represents the fifth HUD/HOPE VI-funded site Nibbi has negotiated with the S.F. Housing Authority. The other projects completed are Bernal Dwellings, Plaza East, and Hayes Valley North & South.
