A four story, 26 unit apartment building for low income families. The ground floor consists of parking garages, residential units, community rooms, utility rooms, lobby, and office. The second, third and fourth floors consist of one, two, three and four bedroom units.

The building is constructed of wood frame over a concrete slab. The building is fully sprinkled with an elevator and a central landscaped courtyard.
