The Lady Shaw Senior Housing project is a seven-story, 70 unit building for seniors. This innovative 27,735 S.F. project was built over the entrance to the Broadway Tunnel in San Francisco. Continuous traffic flow was maintained during the construction of the concrete piers, grade beams and shotcrete walls at the road level. The steel frame structure was built on top of a concrete platform above the tunnel. Nibbi Brothers' aggressive scheduling approach allowed the job to be completed three months ahead of schedule. |
