This 50,000 S.F. project consisted of four stories of wood frame housing on top of a concrete podium. The project includes thirty units of family housing, a community room, common laundry, commercial space and enclosed parking. Nibbi was actively involved in the pre-construction phase of this project and provided input relative to constructibility issues, as well as value engineering considerations to meet a very tight budget. |
