Nibbi Brothers negotiated this project with the private developer, McCormack Baron & Associates, in association with the San Francisco Housing Authority. The project, which was completed under two contracts, comprises 7 buildings with 85 units on the North Site and 110 units on the South site. Both sites have community centers. The buildings consist of three-story, wood frame housing on concrete foundations. Nibbi Brothers provided extensive pre-construction services, including budgeting, value engineering, plan review for constructability and coordination with all necessary utility companies. Nibbi Brothers exceeded the Housing Authority’s MBE/WBE subcontractor goals met the Section 3 local hiring requirements for this project. |
