Nibbi Brothers provided extensive pre-construction services for this multi-unit housing and town center in Richmond. The town center will include a community/management building, daycare center and outdoor recreation areas. There will also be a swimming pool, children’s play area with active play equipment, a half-court size basketball area, and an open field approximately 100’ by 200’ that can be used for informal softball and pick-up soccer games.

The site will contain 217 units of rental housing in several 3-story, wood-frame buildings and 82 for-sale townhomes. The project is on Richmond Housing Authority land and is being financially subsidized through the use of HUD Hope VI dollars. The rental housing is a Nibbi-Baines & Robertson joint venture. Other work for the neighborhood includes sitework (sidewalks and roads) and underground utilities installation.
