Nibbi Brothers provided extensive pre-construction input and value engineering on this negotiated twenty-five unit project. Nibbi's Project Team worked hard to show that a first class design could be constructed on a tight budget. The structure is wood framed construction, with three stories over a parking level. When the project was completed it proved to be a star of low cost housing development in San Francisco. |
