Nibbi Brothers provided pre-construction services for this affordable family apartment complex in San Jose. Construction started in April 2004. Nibbi has worked with owners Seven Hills Properties in the past, on Yerba Buena Commons in San Francisco.
This
project consists of four wood-frame buildings on top of a concrete podium
that includes approximately 300 spaces of underground parking. These
four-story buildings have a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, with a
total of 245 units. Site work for the project included sidewalks and
landscaping. |
