Nibbi Brothers, in a joint venture with Baines and Robertson was selected to perform new construction of 15 affordable single-family homes on individual lots at three West Oakland sites. The homes are three and four bedrooms and are intended to promote first-time home ownership. Each home is three stories over a garage and includes a private yard and front entry porch. The homes range in size from 1,476 to 1,600 square feet. This single-family housing development is part of a larger OHA/HOPE VI funded initiative that will result in a large scale transformation within West Oakland. |
